Mint Soda Marketing is a boutique digital marketing agency on the Gold Coast. We work as a fractional extension of your team, handling the strategy, the execution, and the results, so you can focus on running your business.

Who is Mint Soda Marketing?

Most agencies grow by taking on as many clients as possible. We deliberately do not. We keep our client base small so we can go deep on every account we manage. That means understanding your business, your goals, and your customer well enough to make decisions that actually move you forward.

We started Mint Soda Marketing because we had both seen what a lack of strategic depth looks like in an agency environment, and what it costs clients. Unless your business can fit seamlessly into an agency’s systems and processes, often, the relationship does not end well or you’re stuck paying a retainer for set-and-forget campaigns.

At Mint Soda Marketing, we are intentional in our pricing, flexible in our operations, and, most importantly, highly relational. We will always take the time to explain why we are doing something before we complete it, and you can often expect emails from us each week checking in on real business results from the campaigns.

Caden Schmidt

Co-founder & Analytical lead

Caden specialises in paid ads, SEO, conversion tracking, and marketing funnels. Having worked across multiple agencies and run his own business from a young age, he understands what it actually takes to generate revenue from marketing, not just activity. He thinks in outcomes, builds around data, and is not interested in reporting on metrics that do not translate to real business growth.

Ellena Schmidt

Co-founder & Creative lead

Ellena leads organic social media, content strategy, graphic design, and brand. With a background in photography, videography, and digital strategy, she brings the creative direction that makes the strategy land. Where Caden focuses on the analytical side, Ellena makes sure every piece of content and every brand touchpoint is visually cohesive, compelling, and built to connect with the right audience.
