We don’t operate with the standard per-platform pricing model because every business is different. Even two companies in the same industry with identical budgets usually have different needs when it comes to establishing brand authority, their ad account history, or their tracking accuracy. Rather than charging a flat fee for all clients, we prefer to be more flexible in our pricing structure, which is a superpower when you’re a boutique agency.
We base our pricing on the actual work required to hit your specific goals rather than a generic package. We start by looking at your current results, your objectives, and your existing setup to identify which platforms will actually move the needle.
From there, we calculate a management fee based on the realistic hours needed to manage those channels effectively. This approach ensures your investment stays aligned with the work being done, even as your business grows or your strategy shifts. How are you actually any different?
After working in agencies and operating our own, we know just how saturated the digital marketing landscape is. It's incredibly easy to spend money with an agency while not getting any return. How long until I see results?
Month one is about fixing what's broken or setting up brand new campaigns to allow them to generate data. Most clients start seeing meaningful movement in month two. We will tell you honestly what to expect before you sign on.
What ad spend do I need?
It all depends on your industry and location. Some industries may have clicks for $60 each, and others for as little as $1. So, it's best that you chat with us and we recommend what ad spend you need to get started! Rest assured, we can usually work with budgets of ALL sizes.
Do I own my account?
Yes, always. We manage your account under your ownership, not ours. Your data, your history, your campaigns. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
Is there a lock-in contract?
We typically ask for a 3-month minimum because it gives us enough time to: finish the initial implementation, have a few weeks to gather data and optimise, and then make meaningful strategic changes in months 2-3. After that it rolls month to month. We keep clients by doing good work, not by trapping them.
What if my account is already a mess?
That is usually where we do our best work. A broken account with wasted spend is an opportunity. We have turned around accounts that were haemorrhaging budget and made them profitable within a quarter. Bring us the mess!
Can you work across multiple platforms?
